Responsibilities
□ Perform functional and performance testing on NPU software stack (Compiler, Runtime, SDK, etc.)
□ Design test plans and test cases, and build automated test environments
□ Report, reproduce, and analyze bugs, and propose improvements
□ Ensure software quality and continuous testing in CI/CD environments
□ Validate performance and compatibility based on various application scenarios
□ Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers to resolve issues and improve product quality
Qualifications
□ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
□ Experience in software testing and quality assurance (QA)
□ Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, C/C++
□ Development and debugging experience in Linux environments
□ Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication/collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
□ Experience in testing software for AI accelerators (NPU, GPU, DSP, etc.)
□ Experience with test automation and framework development (e.g., pytest, Robot Framework, Jenkins)
□ Hands-on experience in performance benchmarking and optimization
□ Experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines
□ Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
