□ Manage employee welfare programs (e.g., health checkups, parking, in-house café/fitness center)
□ Handle expense processing and budget management using the ERP system
□ Procure general office supplies, snacks, beverages, etc.
□ Support and organize internal company events
□ Manage facility reservations and external administrative procedures (e.g., registration of company-affiliated research centers)
□ Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications
□ Post and maintain job listings
□ Prepare and collect interview evaluation forms
□ Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
□ Oversee attendance tracking and HR system operations
□ Maintain organizational charts and employee records
□ Provide administrative support, such as issuing employment certificates
□ 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
□ Valid driver’s license and ability to drive (required)
□ Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
□ Ability to handle a wide range of tasks flexibly and meticulously
□ Experience in general affairs or HR in a startup or corporate environment
□ Strong communication skills and a service-minded, friendly approach to internal support
