Role Overview

At DeepX, the ​General ​Affairs Team ​plays a vital ​behind-the-scenes role ​in ​ensuring that ​all ​members ​can fully focus ​on ​their work by ​managing ​every ​aspect of the ​workplace environment ​and ​operations. With ​attention to ​detail, ​responsibility, and kindness, ​the team ​handles small but important matters that keep the entire company running smoothly.


The position we are hiring for will take charge of general administrative tasks as well as provide support to the HR team. This is a great opportunity for those looking to expand their career from general affairs into HR.


Responsibilities

Manage employee welfare programs (e.g., health checkups, parking, in-house café/fitness center)

Handle expense processing and budget management using the ERP system

Procure general office supplies, snacks, beverages, etc.

Support and organize internal company events

Manage facility reservations and external administrative procedures (e.g., registration of company-affiliated research centers)

Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications

Post and maintain job listings

Prepare and collect interview evaluation forms

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes

Oversee attendance tracking and HR system operations

Maintain organizational charts and employee records

Provide administrative support, such as issuing employment certificates


Qualifications

2 to 5 years of relevant experience

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive (required)

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)

Ability to handle a wide range of tasks flexibly and meticulously


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in general affairs or HR in a startup or corporate environment

Strong communication skills and a service-minded, friendly approach to internal support


Recruitment Process

Employment Type

Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)


Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
