Role Purpose


At DEEPX, we aren't just building chips; we are building the future of AI. DEEPX is seeking a Culture Planner to instill a mission-first DNA across the organization. This role is designed for a professional who believes that greatness is achieved through collective obsession and relentless effort. You will be responsible for building an environment where high-intensity dedication is celebrated, and where every team member is deeply aligned with the company’s ambitious trajectory toward becoming a global leader. This is an Individual Contributor role, you will lead by doing, ensuring our talent feels supported, our culture remains innovative, and our HR operations run like clockwork.


 

Responsibilities:


  • Comprehensive Culture Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of DEEPX’s unique organizational culture. As our primary 'Culture Architect,' you will root a cultural framework that aligns with our vision, ensuring it becomes the fundamental DNA of the company.
  • Mission Cascading: Translate the company’s core philosophy into high-impact cultural rituals that emphasize grit, speed, and uncompromising excellence.
  • Performance-Centric Environment: Foster a culture where results are the primary measure of success. Design frameworks that reinforce the necessity of over-delivery and extraordinary commitment during critical growth phases.
  • Internal Value Alignment: Ensure all internal communications and organizational initiatives reflect a high-performance mindset, minimizing complacency and maximizing operational momentum.
  • Goal-Driven Resilience: Design initiatives that safeguard the team’s ‘Grit through Results. We focus on sustaining momentum by hitting critical milestones, ensuring that the pressure of a scaling startup is converted into fuel for our next technical breakthrough.
  • Result-Oriented Endurance: Build a framework where resilience is built on winning. We prioritize the mental and strategic stamina required to reach the finish line, fostering an environment where achieving the impossible is our primary source of motivation and organizational strength.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: 10 years+ in HR/People Ops, ideally within a high-growth tech startup or a fast-paced semiconductor/AI environment.
  • True Startup Spirit (Ownership): You thrive on the challenge of building from zero to one. You don't wait for a manual; you write it.
  • High-Performance Background: Proven experience in environments that demand exceptional levels of dedication, such as high-growth tech startups or top-tier professional services.
  • Influence & Persuasion: Ability to articulate the necessity of an intense work ethic and inspire others to embrace a "whatever it takes" attitude.
  • Data-Informed & Warm-Hearted (Balance): You make decisions based on rationality and data insights, but you never lose your genuine care for the people behind the numbers.
  • Bilingual Communication: Fluent in Korean and English. You can simplify complex policies and stakeholders influence across all levels.
  • Agility: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making swift decisions in a fast-paced, high-density work environment.

  • Global: Proficient in English communication or experience working with global teams.
  • Change Management Expertise: Experience in aligning diverse teams with a unified, high-intensity corporate culture.
  • Technical Intelligence & Market Rationale: A deep-seated passion for AI and the ability to speak the "engineering language" of our team. You translate market insights into a compelling rationale for why speed and relentless dedication are our ultimate competitive advantages in the global NPU landscape
  • Branding: Experience in leading HR branding initiatives to increase talent density within the organization.

  • Is a Tech Evangelist: You can articulate the DEEPX vision to close "impossible" candidates from Tier-1 firms.


Recruitment Process


  •  Application Review - (Phone Interview) - Role-Specific Interview - Organizational Culture Fit Interview - CEO Interview - Reference Check / Compensation Discussion

* Candidates with less than 3 years of experience are required to submit their academic transcripts.


Employment Type

  • Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)


 Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
