Role Overview
DEEPX is expanding its business horizons beyond core NPU technology. Based on our unrivaled NPU capabilities, we directly plan and supply various AI hardware modules (M.2, PCIe cards, etc.) tailored to customer needs. With the expansion of our product lineup and the increase in global production capacity, we are looking for a veteran production technology expert to technically manage outsourced production lines and take full responsibility for mass production yield.
Responsibilities
□ Technical Management of Outsourced Production Lines (EMS): Manage and supervise SMT and assembly processes of domestic and overseas (China, Vietnam, etc.) Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) partners.
□ Mass Production Yield & Quality Control: Analyze causes of defects within the production process, establish and implement yield improvement measures (establish criteria for Pass/Fail judgment).
□ Production Technology Optimization: Manage the transfer of new products (M.2, PCIe modules, etc.) to mass production, stabilize initial yields, and standardize production processes.
□ On-site Supply Chain Quality Inspection: Conduct regular factory visits and due diligence to inspect component suitability and manufacturing processes.
□ ISO 9001 Compliance: Manage product development and production processes in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
Qualifications
□ Experience: 10+ years of experience in production engineering (PE) within the finished goods or hardware module manufacturing industry.
□ Technical Expertise: Deep understanding and hands-on experience in SMT processes and PCB module assembly.
□ Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to technically analyze defect issues occurring on the production floor and direct corrective actions to outsourced partners.
□ Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can serve as a bridge between the R&D department and the production site.
Preferred Qualifications
□ Outsourcing Management: Experience in controlling and managing EMS partners in addition to in-house factory operation.
□ Global Communication: Proficiency in Chinese or English for direct communication with overseas factories.
□ Relevant Product Experience: Experience in manufacturing IT/computing module product lines such as M.2, SD cards, and PCIe cards.
□ Flexibility: No disqualifying factors for frequent business trips and on-site duties at global production bases (China, Vietnam, etc.).
