Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & ​Execution: Establish ​and execute ​a strategic sales ​plan to ​achieve ​business targets ​and ​maximize ​market share for ​DeepX ​AI semiconductors (NPU ​IP, ​Chips, ​Module, etc.) in ​the Southeast ​Asian ​market.

Customer ​Acquisition & ​Management: Identify, ​prospect, and secure ​new customers, ​key accounts, and strategic partners (OEMs, ODMs, distributors, etc.) in targeted industries (Smart Devices, Smart Mobility, Industrial Automation, etc.).

Distributor Management: Management of distributors' inventory and their activities to create demand

Technical Communication: Work closely with R&D to convey customer technical requirements and provide necessary technical support (PoC, Demo) to ensure successful integration and adoption of DeepX products.

Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regional regulatory landscapes in Southeast Asia to identify new business opportunities and inform product strategy.

Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, manage budget, and deliver regular performance reports to management.


Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in overseas sales, business development, or account management within the semiconductor, IT hardware, or AI/software industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Regional Expertise: Proven understanding of the Southeast Asian market (e.g., Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc.) and a strong network within the relevant industries.

Technical Aptitude: Excellent understanding of the semiconductor business and the ability to grasp the fundamentals of AI/Machine Learning and NPU technology.

Language Skills: Native or fluent Korean (for internal communication) and Business-fluent English (for external communication with SEA customers/partners).


Preferred Qualifications

Technical Degree: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Semiconductor Sales Experience: Direct sales experience with AI semiconductors, NPU/SoC, or related IP/platform solutions.

Multilingual: Proficiency in an additional Southeast Asian language (e.g., Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu, Mandarin) is a strong plus.

Global Exposure: Experience working in a multinational company or a global startup environment.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in penetrating new markets and achieving significant revenue growth in the Southeast Asia region.
