Responsibilities
□ Plan and manage new NPU-based AI semiconductor development projects
□ Oversee full program management (PMO) including schedule, scope, and quality control
□ Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among hardware (HW), software (SW), and firmware (FW) teams
□ Define and document product requirements (PRD)
□ Facilitate R&D communication with internal and external stakeholders
□ Identify development risks and perform risk management
□ Lead pre-launch activities such as testing, validation, and production ramp-up
□ Establish KPIs for development performance and create post-project evaluation reports
Qualifications
□ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
□ Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor or electronic product development projects
□ Experience in product planning (PD), technical planning, or project management (SW or HW)
□ Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall development methodologies
□ Excellent documentation and communication skills
□ Proficiency in reading/writing technical English documents and email communication
□ Strong problem-solving ability and data-driven decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
□ Experience in developing AI/ML chips (especially NPU, GPU, ASIC)
□ Proven track record of leading integrated HW/SW development projects
□ Experience collaborating with foundries, IP providers, and SoC design supply chains
□ Familiarity with requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
□ Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, SQL, MATLAB, etc.)
□ Certified project manager (e.g., PMP)
□ Ability to execute quickly and adapt in a startup environment
