Responsibilities

HR System and ​Policy ​Planning/Operations: Plan ​and manage HR ​policies, employment ​regulations, ​company rules, ​and ​organizational ​restructuring

HR Operations: ​Manage ​attendance, onboarding/offboarding processes, ​personnel ​changes, ​and overall HR ​system operations

□ ​HR ​Data Management ​and Analysis: ​Collect ​and analyze HR ​metrics to ​provide actionable insights

Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment process planning, scheduling, and improving candidate experience

Onboarding & Internal Communication: Support new employee onboarding, internal communications, and HR-led events


Qualifications

5 to 12 years of experience in HR-related roles

Ability to understand and adapt to fast-paced environments such as startups

Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and with urgency

Experience in proactively implementing new HR initiatives and culture improvements

Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments

Proactive mindset with strong execution for solving problems


Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in English communication (experience working with global teams preferred)

Knowledge of or certification in labor relations (e.g., Licensed Labor Attorney)

Experience in HR branding initiatives


Recruitment Process

Employment Type

Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)


Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
