□ 5 to 12 years of experience in HR-related roles
□ Ability to understand and adapt to fast-paced environments such as startups
□ Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and with urgency
□ Experience in proactively implementing new HR initiatives and culture improvements
□ Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
□ Proactive mindset with strong execution for solving problems
□ Proficient in English communication (experience working with global teams preferred)
□ Knowledge of or certification in labor relations (e.g., Licensed Labor Attorney)
□ Experience in HR branding initiatives
