Responsibilities
□ Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients.
□ Assist with software integration and optimization of products.
□ Analyze customer requirements and propose product improvements.
□ Develop and deliver technical training materials.
□ Collaborate with internal teams on product development and enhancement.
Qualifications
□ Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
□ 3 to 20 years of relevant experience.
□ Experience in embedded system software development.
□ Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming.
□ Experience with development and debugging in a Linux environment.
□ Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients.
□ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
□ Experience with NPU (Neural Processing Unit) or AI accelerators.
□ Experience with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems).
□ Experience in hardware and software integration.
□ Experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Field Application Engineer.
□ Fluent in English.
