Role Overview
This role is responsible for designing and developing drivers that optimize the interaction between hardware and software in the Windows environment.
Responsibilities
□ Design and develop Windows PCIe drivers for our in-house NPU chipset
□ Optimize driver performance and troubleshoot issues
□ Create driver testing plans and develop test applications
□ Prepare and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
□ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
□ At least 3 years of experience in Windows driver development
□ High proficiency in C/C++ programming
□ Experience with Windows Driver Framework (WDF), Kernel-Mode Driver Framework (KMDF), and User-Mode Driver Framework (UMDF)
□ Deep understanding of hardware/software interfaces
□ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
□ Contributions to open source software
□ Experience optimizing and deploying DNN models across various hardware platforms (CPU, GPU, FPGA)
□ Experience using open-source toolkits such as OpenVINO, AIMET
□ Experience optimizing GPU kernels using CUDA, Triton, etc.
