Responsibilities
□ Manage job postings and interview processes
□ Source talent and build pipelines using various recruitment channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.)
□ Conduct screening call interviews with candidates
□ Manage applicant data and maintain ongoing relationships
□ Research and analyze recruitment market trends
Qualifications
□ Graduated or expected to graduate from a 4-year university
□ Demonstrated passionate challenges or efforts during university life that few others have attempted
□ High energy level with the ability to passionately conduct phone calls focused for 2 or more hours per day
□ Willingness to learn and understand recruitment roles and processes
Preferred Qualifications
□ Strong communication skills to facilitate smooth interaction between organization and candidates
□ Proficiency in English or a second foreign language
Recruitment Process
□ Application Review - (Phone Interview) - Role-Specific Interview - Organizational Culture Fit Interview - CEO Interview

Employment Type
□ 4-Month Conversion Internship ( 4-month contract)
□ There is a possibility of conversion to a full-time position based on performance evaluation after completing a 4-month internship period.

□ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
