Responsibilities
□ Review intellectual property (IP) risks related to new business initiatives
□ Analyze industry patent trends and assess potential IP risks
□ Acquire and manage domestic and international intellectual property rights
□ Identify and discover patentable inventions within the company
□ Handle patent-related disputes
Qualifications
□ Professional experience with knowledge or academic background in computer architecture, computer hardware, ASIC, SoC, memory systems, or digital hardware
□ Ability to plan and manage IP-related tasks with a solid understanding of technology, products, business, and management
□ Proven experience proactively analyzing patent risks for new business initiatives and establishing preemptive strategies
□ Minimum 3 years of experience in patent-related work
Preferred Qualifications
□ Experience in IP prosecution or office actions in the US, Europe, Germany, and China
□ Experience in creating patent maps
□ Experience handling patent litigation or disputes
□ Knowledge or academic background in areas such as NPU, CNN, DRAM, memory controllers, processor architecture, SoC, GPU, or computer systems
